Opal

Caring for your opals is pretty easy. Since opals are such a soft stone they can be damaged by steam and ultrasonic cleaning machines. Harsh chemicals are also bad for them. The best way to clean your opals is to use a soft cloth, like a microfiber and a mild soapy water. Since opals are such a soft stone as well it isn't recommended that you store them with harder stones as it can damage the opals.
