Garnet

Garnets have been used since the Bronze age as gemstones. All garnets are similar physically and in there crystal forms but can have different chemical compositions. The different species of garnets can be found in a lot of different colors, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, black and colorless, although red is the most common shade of a garnet.
